Short review

The NEC MultiSync E558 offers reliable commercial-grade performance at a competitive price. Pros: crisp 4K image, wide viewing angles thanks to IPS, Direct LED local dimming for improved contrast, and a built-in USB media player for standalone signage. Cons: energy efficiency class is not optimal for continuous 24/7 deployments and it’s intended for 16/7 operation.

• Good for: digital signage, classrooms, meeting rooms.
• Not ideal for: 24/7 mission-critical displays.
