Review summary:
The Xiaomi S40 delivers strong suction and reliable LDS mapping at a competitive price. Its anti-tangle brush design and large dust/water tanks make it well suited for pet owners and larger homes. Battery life and mop/wipe integration are practical advantages. Some users report occasional mapping/localization issues after OTA updates — keep firmware and the Xiaomi Home app up to date.
