Review
The Bresser Hunter 20x50 offers very good value for money. The 20x magnification is excellent for spotting distant subjects and the fully coated optics provide decent contrast in daylight. The rugged, rubber-armored housing gives a secure grip in the field. Because of the high magnification, using a tripod (thread included) will noticeably improve image stability. Overall a solid budget option for birdwatching, travel and long-range observation.
- Pros: strong magnification, tripod thread, full accessory set.
- Cons: not waterproof/fogproof, BK-7 prisms are standard-grade glass (not BaK-4).
