Servings per container: 100

Directions for use:

Mix one serving with 500–700 ml of water. You can use the provided measuring spoon or the original Amix™ pump (2 pumps = 10 ml). The dilution ratio depends on the duration of the workout and the current ambient temperature. The maximum daily dose is 50 ml of concentrate.
