Quick review
DYMATIZE Elite Casein is built for slow, sustained protein delivery — an excellent choice for overnight recovery. The Smooth Vanilla flavor is creamy and mixes well into shakes; it also works in baking/recipes. Compared with fast-absorbing isolates the texture will be thicker, which is expected for micellar casein. Pros: sustained release, solid BCAA profile, good taste. Cons: contains milk/soy (allergen note) and has a denser mouthfeel than whey isolates.
