Directions for use:

1. As an isotonic drink: Mix 1 scoop (40 g) of powder with 500 ml of water.
   Osmolarity of the drink: 285–305 mOsm/1000 ml.

2. As a hypotonic drink: Mix 1 scoop (40 g) of powder with 750 ml of water.
