The product contains 75% pure protein, composed of low-temperature processed, instantly soluble whey protein concentrate (WPC) and CFM whey isolate, which provides the product with high biological value. Directions for use: Mix 1-2 scoops of the product with 180-250 ml of water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or hand shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Take 2-3 servings daily, depending on your daily protein needs.
